30 Under 30 The Cook and Zook Team was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as “30 Under 30,” a prestigious award given to the top young real estate professionals under 30 years old. The National Association of Realtors® selects 30 individuals across the United States that are implementing creative marketing ideas, have proven success in the real estate business, and demonstrate leadership and community involvement in their profession. DesignationsDesignations acknowledge experience and expertise in various real estate sectors and are awarded upon completion of required courses and exams. Many of the designations require a history of sales experience and proven results.
Graduate of Realtor® Institute, GRI
The Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of service through a strong educational foundation. Attending an intensive series of 100 hours of classroom instruction, the GRI is “graduate school” for realtors®. Subject matter includes contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. Less than 20% of realtors® have their GRI.
Accredited Buyer’s Representative, ABR® Awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), this designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. REBAC is geared towards real estate brokers and agents who want to integrate buyer agency services into their day-to-day operations so that they can provide a higher level of service to buyers. Only 14% of realtors® hold their ABR® designation.
Certificate of Internet Professionals, e-PRO
 e-PRO certification is available through a revolutionary new training program to certify real estate agents as Internet Professionals. It’s designed to enhance the professional’s skills and abilities to succeed in this demanding high-tech market-place. This course is endorsed by the National Association of Realtors® and has helped the Cook and Zook Team grow their business. Accredited Staging Professional®, ASP
 Accredited Staging Professionals® are trained under strict guidelines using proven Home Staging techniques developed for over 30 years. Before you prepare your home for sale, always hire an ASP because they are the true leaders in the Home Staging and real estate industries.
