If you live in Loudoun County or have driven along Route 7 towards the Leesburg Outlets, you've probably noticed signs for the future One Loudoun town center or the Village at Leesburg center.  One Loudoun is located near the intersection of Route 7 and Loudoun County Parkway and will be a vibrant live, work and play mixed-use community that will anchor the county's economic engine for decades to come.  Included is 3 million square feet of office space, 700,000 square feet of retail, 1,040 residential units, a full-service luxury hotel, a local grocery store, fine dining restaurants, a movie theater, parks, and more.  Upscale dining will include Morton's, P.F. Chang's, Maggiano's, McCormick & Schmidt's, and more.  One Loudoun will also include the new World Trade Center Dulles Airport, a future member of the WTC Association network designed to "enhance trade, promote economic development, and foster peace."  The One Loudoun project is breaking ground Summer 2009... visit the official website,  www.oneloudoun.com, for interactive maps.

The Village at Leesburg is another Loudoun town center is currently being constructed between Goose Creek Golf Course and Tuscarora Creek along Route 7.  This mixed use community will feature office and professional services, upscale retail shopping, popular restaurants, 335 luxury residential units and 300 55+ adult residential units.  A new Wegmans Food Market is also being built.  One of the main construction projects is the new highway interchange and overpass at the intersection of Market Street/Route 7 and River Creek Parkway.  To learn more about the Village of Leesburg, visit their official website at www.villageatleesburg.com.
