If you live in Loudoun County or have driven along Route 7 towards the Leesburg Outlets, you've probably noticed signs for the future One Loudoun town center or the Village at Leesburg center.  One Loudoun is located near the intersection of Route 7 and Loudoun County Parkway and will be a vibrant live, work and play mixed-use community that will anchor the county's economic engine for decades to come.  Included is 3 million square feet of office space, 700,000 square feet of retail, 1,040 residential units, a full-service luxury hotel, a local grocery store, fine dining restaurants, a movie theater, parks, and more.  Upscale dining will include Morton's, P.F.
