If you have ever been in the market to buy a home, then you know the task of searching for the perfect one. After visiting numerous houses in one day, they all start blending together. You start asking yourself, “Was it the green home that had a wet bar in the rec room or was that the tan one?” The brochures from the twenty houses you have visited get stacked up in your car, but with the Cook and Zook Team’s 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional floor plans, prospective buyers will never have the problem of remembering your home.
We visit your property to take measurements, sketch the layout, and recreate an “as-built” floor plan on the computer to be used in your marketing materials and uploaded to the MLS. Prospective buyers will be able to refer to the floor plans for room dimensions, labeling, and overall flow of your home. We pay attention to details including the type of vanity in your bathroom, whether a door swings into or out of a room, and if your deck has a railing on all sides. The floor plans make it easier to imagine decorating or placing furniture in each room, too. If builder's use them, why shouldn't we? Here are a few samples...
The black and white 2-dimensional view is an easy way to learn the general layout of a home, from doors to windows to appliances. While the standard floor plans are essential to our marketing package, the 3-dimensional floor plans create the buzz about your property. If you want buyers to “remember” your home in their stack of twenty brochures, let us get started measuring, sketching, and recreating your floor plan.
