 The Cook and Zook Team’s website was recently awarded the 2009 Silver Davey Award in the category of best real estate website. The Davey Awards are put together every year by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA). The Academy selects an elite group of “Who’s Who” of acclaimed small media, advertising, and marketing firms worldwide.
The Cook and Zook Team partnered with Alliant Studios, our graphic designers, in early 2007 to begin developing what is now our current website. The creative development side of the work took nearly 6 months to complete. During this time the Cook and Zook Team and Alliant worked closely to perfect the layout and look of our current website. We wanted to ensure that our website was like no other real estate website while being very functional for our clients. We believed we succeeded and so did the internationally recognized Davey Award. We are very honored to be given this recognition.
