 If you haven’t read Dr. Seuss’ book, The Butter Battle Book, it’s an explosive, rhyming tale of the Yooks and the Zooks. The only thing that would’ve worked better for our real estate team is a story of the Cooks and the Zooks (and maybe a few more housing references). Since I can’t convince Dr. Seuss to rewrite his book or persuade Brian to change his last name, the Cook and Zook Team name recognition will have to do. It’s still easy to remember!
Our mission for the “new” website is to regularly post updated information about the changing real estate market in our CZ Blog. Our preferred lenders are going to post updates about the lending guidelines, loan products, and interest rates. Our home inspectors and handyman have agreed to post home maintenance and improvement tips. We hope to educate you on different topics such as home staging, foreclosure sales, increasing your credit score, and more! If you have a specific topic that you would like to learn more about, we welcome suggestions.
