Individual Property WebsitesKnowing that the majority of home buyers begin their search on the web, we create individual property websites for each of our listings with a unique web address which we advertise on the MLS, in our property brochures, and other marketing materials. Floor PlansWhether you have a builder’s floor plan to include in the marketing materials or not, our marketing team recreates your floor plan from scratch, complete with room dimensions and labeling. In addition to the traditional black and white floor plans, we build custom 3-dimensional replicas which we include in our brochures, websites, and MLS!
Digital Photography & Virtual Tours Put yourself in a buyer’s shoes. You’re browsing through homes on the web and half the properties have photos, while half don’t. Which houses pique your interest? Statistics have shown that photos help homes sell more quickly and for more money. When it comes time to take pictures, our professional photographers use state-of-the-art cameras to take digital photos and 360° virtual tours which are uploaded to the MLS and included in our marketing materials. Colorful BrochuresAs a buyer, when you see 7-10 houses in a day, remembering which house has the built-in bookshelves or granite countertops can be difficult. Our colorful, professional brochures include all the major features of your home, neighborhood, and community, complete with pictures, floor plans, plats, and more. Sign Post BrochuresAccording to the National Association of Realtors’ Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 17% of the industry’s buyers come from inquiries stimulated by “For Sale” signs. To supplement the Long and Foster sign posts and directionals, OUR sign posts have a brochure box attached to include color flyers highlighting pictures, floor plans, the individual property website address, and more.
Open Houses
 Traditionally, realtors® hold Open Houses from 1:00-4:00pm. We hold our Opens from 1:00-5:00pm, generating more traffic and allowing your house to put the final impressions on prospective buyers for the day. Our aggressive marketing strategy, including “Just Listed” cards mailed to neighbors, is geared around maximizing the number of people who come through our Open Houses.
